Under The Guidance Of Scientific Concept Of Development The Innovational Development Of Private Enterprises In Southern Jiangsu

The birth and development of private enterprises are important symbols of a successful reform and open policy in China. After 30 years of development,the private enterprise had played a pivotal role in devoloping economy, promoting employment, increasing the tax revenue, enlivening the market and so on.Private enterprises in southern Jiangsu are strengths to the area's economy and social development .They are important carriers and platforms of the"Southern Jiangsu Pattern"which wants to realize its innovational development. In recent years, the Southern Jiangsu Private enterprise's innovational development has achieved the huge achievement.The privately operated economic potentiality expands with steady steps, the industrial structure is improved, the scientific innovation emerges one after another incessantly, the ecology civilization construction obtains progresses greatly. However, we should clearly see that, to some degree, it has hindered the innovational development of the private enterprises in southern Jiangsu ,because of their own small scale, low management level, missing of enterprise culture, deficient human resources, technological innovation backwardness and such realistic problem.Since the Scientific Concept of Development has proposed ,the private enterprise also come into creating new advantages and seeking new spans of innovational development stage .Based on the successful exploration and the valueable experiences obtained of private enterprises in Wuxi High-tech Zones on novational development, so chose it as empirical analysis ,introduce its efforts for the innovational development . At the same time ,through the overall grasp of the innovational development of private enterprises'present situations in southern Jiangsu, compare and learn from the successful experiences of private enterprises overseas .Finally, on the basis of investgating private enterprises in Wuxi High-tech Zones and learning the experiences of the private enterprises overseas ,the writer has drawed on some thorough analysis, proposed quite critical countermeasure on the innovational development countermeasures of private enterprises in southern Jiangsu in the new time.They are enhancing the soft environment construction to the development of the private enterprises ,setting up a modern enterprise system reasonable ,strengthening the capacity-building of independent innovation ,implementing the talented person strategy positively ,doing more and strong through cluster development ,constructing the culture high ground of private enterprises.
