The enterprises provide a supplement of personnels through recruiting and selecting.To enhance the effect of recruting and selecting a talented person with scientific methods is concerned seriously by the Human Resource Management department. The purpose of this research is, through introducing the enterprises recruitment and selectment model, optimizing enterprise personnels recruitment and selectment system, to choose a person,teach a person,use a person and hold a person scientificly, to raise the performance of human resource management, to make enterprise human resource support the realization of the enterprise strategic target.The thesis discusses personnel recruiting and selecting from employee contact points management and personnel competence. Personnel competence study points out what characters and ability a particular post needs,and how to identify them; The employee contact points management study shows to select latent employee who can carry out better fusion and match in the salary, welfare, work property, work environment, enterprise system, corporate culture...etc with enterprise, except selecting qualified personals. Any personal selecting result which only satisfies job seeker's needs or enterprise's needs will be failure.Based on employee contact points management model and personnel competence model, this research is from the angle of demonstration, to adopt the key behavioral event interview and other methods to study some concrete post's key employee contact points and the personnel competence, to construct the key contact points select sub- system and personnel competence select sub- system, and to carry on an effect examination of this selecting system. it shows a better applied effect, displaies maneuverability and practical value of employee contact points management model and personnel competence model, in the meantime it gives an analysis that needs to be noticed in applying the enterprise managers recruitment and selectment system.
