Used car trading market is an important part of the automobile industry chain.At present,development of the used car trading market of China is still in the early stages.With the further development of China's automotive market,new car ownership continues to increase,the demand to change car is highlighted.In the future,gap of used car trading volume and new car sales will be decreased,and the prospect of the used car market development is broad.In China,the used car trading market reserve of human resources management system is not perfect,it seriously hampered the development of used car trading market.Under this background,this paper take CN used car trading market reserve of human resource management system as an example,based on the theory of enterprises' human resource reserve management by the domestic and foreign scholars.After investigation,find out the issue of the used car trading market reserve of human resource management,and re-structures the reserve of human resource management system of CN used car trading market.This paper first described the background and significance of the research,made a systematically literature review on the theory of human resources and human resources reserve management system and found the theoretical basis for the research.Secondly it elaborated and analyzed the situation of used car market of the human resource management of China,pointed out that the current outstanding problems in the management of human resources in the domestic used car trading market,and analyzed the management method of the reserve of human resource in the future.Finally,take the re-structure of human resource management system of CN used car trading market as an example,the recruitment design of human resource is conducted through the SWOT model,and this designed the reliable approach in written examination,interview and employment process.From the training system,training process,training content and training evaluation of CN used car trading market,the training management of the human resource is established.And with the establishment of CN used car trading market competency promotion model of CN used car trading market,the ‘talent' human resource strategy of CN used car market is reflected.On the basis of literature review and diagnosis of current problems,in this paper,according to the related theory of human resource reserve management,the reserve of human resource management system of CN used car trading market is given,this can further improve and enhance the level of human resource in China's used car trading market.Hope that the research results can be used for reference for human resource management in the domestic used car trading market,industry researchers,to help develop a suitable reserve of human resource management scheme for their own used car trading market and promote the used car trading market to have a healthy and rapid development.
