The human resource of modern company is not only the main value creation of an enterprise,but also an important driving force for the organization to improve its own performance and competitiveness.In particular,the survival and development environment of enterprises is increasingly complex and changeable today.Human resources are an important resource in enterprise strategy and a strong backing for enterprise competitiveness.It can be said that human resource management has become one of the most important functions of modern enterprise management.It is very important to further study and actively innovate the human resource management style,which plays an important role in realizing the overall strategy of enterprises and improving the core competitiveness of the company.Shenyang MY Co.,LTD.,a regional branch of Shenzhen(Group)Co.,LTD.,was initially developed for the "Shenyang MY Center" project and temporarily formed.Because of its excellent performance,as well as real estate market strategic planning needs in Shenyang,the company has gradually developed as a materialized real estate company,mainly engaged in real estate development,self-owned real estate sales,property management service,parking lot,self-support and agent of all kinds of goods and technology import and export.In recent years,the company has encountered a serious shortage of talents and brain drain in the developing process,which has seriously affected the overall development.This article uses the related concepts and theories of human resource management,combined with the literature analysis,field investigation,questionnaire survey and statistical analyze and other research methods to research and analysis the company's problems in the recruitment,salary,benefits,environmental conditions and career development,etc.It deeply analyzes the essential origin and puts forward to establishing and perfecting the system of salary and benefits,and creating a good working environment,increasing the non-material incentives,and improving the syste of personnel promotion and training countermeasures.Combined with the existing problems in human resources of the company,it put forward to improving the company recruitment efficiency,the system of personnel training,establishing and perfecting the company compensation system,and creating a good official and human environment,a well as non-material incentives methods.Itis of great significance to do research in problems mentioned above for the improvement of Shenyang MY(group)Co.,LTD.At the same time,it plays a certain reference function to improve the level of human resource management industry.
