Research On Evaluating Urban Expressway Construction Risk Based On Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the rapid development of the process of urbanization in our country, the city road traffic has also entered the rapid development period. As the important component, the security of Urban Expressway (UE) construction have attracted more and more attention. Because of the complexity of construction technology process, the intersection of multi-technology and the particularity of construction environment, the UE project is high-risky. Therefore, the evaluation of UE construction risk have become the focus of attention.In order to reduce effectively the risk of UE construction, ensure the security smoothly of UE construction, this thesis identifies risk factors of UE construction by using methods of Flow Charts and WBS, finds the index system of risk evaluation, and establishes risk evaluation model. At last, project staff can evaluate the UE construction risk level by using the model. The specific content of this thesis is as follows.Firstly, this thesis discusses the status of construction industry safety management, clarifies the urgency of current construction industry safety management, and also studies the status of risk evaluation at home and abroad, brings up the existing questions of risk evaluation in our country.Secondly, introduces the basic concepts of risk, the technology tools of risk identification and risk evaluation, these will be theory basis of UE construction risk evaluation. Meanwhile, combining with the characteristics of UE construction risk, this thesis evaluates UE construction risk level F-AHP by comparing the technology tools of risk management.Thirdly, this thesis also discusses the fundamental content of F-AHP, identifies UE construction risk factors by Flow Charts and WBS, establishes UE construction risk evaluation index system and risk evaluation model. The model established will evaluate the risk level of UE construction.At last, as a case, an UE project is used for proving the UE construction risk evaluation model.
