Study On Risk Analysis And Risk Management Of Logistics Construction Items

The logistics construction items are those which build logistics basic establishments and prepare hardware equipments in order to supply logistics service for customers. Logistics park, logistics center and distribution center are the study object of this paper. Through carrying out the risk management in the process of logistics items, the probability of happening of the risk and the lost brought by the risk can be lowered, so their logistics strategy can be carried out smoothly, and it will be beneficial to increase their ability and marketing competitive strength.The paper starts from the study background and significance. Then summarize the research about investment risk at home and abroad, and introduce the current situation of the research of logistics construction items risk.Then, the paper analyzes characteristic of logistics items risk and content of logistics construction items risk management. Based on the characteristic, WBS is used to identify risk factors of logistics construction items. The reason of risk occurrence and the result that risk factors bring on are also discussed.In the third chapter of this paper, expert investigation marking method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the risk of logistics construction items. And the evaluation approach is also given out. Take example of Jinfu Steel logistics distribution center, the whole risk level and estimate values of risk factors are both calculated, and key risk factors are identified.In the fourth chapter of this paper, the risk prevention measures are put forward based on the work of risk identification and risk evaluation, includes ones in common use and ones aimed at key risk factors. Besides, the paper proposes some countermeasures to prevent the risk in the macroscopic and microcosmic lay. Using the countermeasures, the managers of the items can bring down the lost brought by the risk effectively.In the final, this paper gives out the conclusion and points out some deficiencies of the research and the research direction in the future.
