The Research Of Trust In The Drug R&D Outsoursing Of Pharmaceutical Corporation

The pharmaceutical enterprises are in the hart time now. They have to put much more in the R&D with the result of lower NEC output, but higher input. To be confronted with the severe competition, many of them increased the cooperation with CRO (Contract Research Organization). In the processes of R&D, the trust between pharmaceutical and CRO would have some certain influence on the outsourcing behavior.In this thesis, the corner of R&D was put forward firstly, through analyzing the developing situation of the pharmaceutical enterprise. And the importance of the CRO and the developing trend of the pharmaceutical industry were emphasized. Then the particularity of trust was rointed out by analyzing the theoretical analysis. Then the trust's influence on the profits was discussed with the help of Logostic model. On the basis of this, the game theory was founded, for the sake of probing into factors that would affect the trust. At last, from two aspects, market and enterprise some relative and reasonable measures were bring forward in order to reinforce the trust.I hope that through my thesis, our Pharmaceutical Enterprise could draw on some experiences for the sake of reducing and avoiding the trust matters. Also I wish that it could make more and more people to understand and study the drug R&D outsourcing.
