The Sustainable Development Research Based On The Analysis Of FEEEP System In Yan'an Area

With the rapid development between the process of industrialization and the expansion of urbanization at the contemporary era, environmental pollution, ecological damage, exhaust of natural resources have been become the global and the important issues, it attaches recognition and attention of the relevant international organizations, governments and many scholars both inside and outside the world, and form a special study on this new subject-Sustainable Development. On the regional population, food, resources, environment, economic development and the relationship are already both the focus contents in the study of the sustainable development and the hot issues among the correlative studies such as regional economics, economic geography, ecological economics, industrial economics and so on.Yan'an city of Northern Shaanxi is the only one energy-chemistry based in China. It is both a region has the most abundant diggings and the fragile district of ecology of our country. In recent years, it has made obvious economical and social development in the Yan'an area, but its leading industry is resource development in extensive pattern so that the deconstruction ecological environment has continued after the end of mining. So we select Yan'an as our research place Coordinated development among population, economic and resources- environment of Yan'an area determined the harmonious development between economy and society. If the deterioration of the environment can not be checked, the sustainable development of food and economy can not be constant and difficult to guarantee.Based on the study between research on the spot and collect information, this thesis uses the theory of territorial sustainable development, ecological economics, development economics and regional divisions, and uses qualitative and quantitative, static and dynamic, theory and empirical analysis methods and tools of modern science and technology.First of all, this issue expounds the developed status quo of the FEEEP system in Yan'an, draw on the relevant research results at home and abroad, construct a gray relation Index System science that can reflect the research object. It uses quantitative indicators and analyses endogenous variables and exogenous variables of the subsystems and the associated extent of the system, come to affect the dominant factor of the development in the system and corresponded relation, through coordination, the results of the coordinated development degree, evaluates the coordinated development level and trend of the subsystem.The results show: there exists a degree of volatility changes of the coordination of regional development level, its value is above 0.5, but decline year after year from 2002, up to 2007, its value is the primary coordination level of the economic system and the population system, food system and the population system, the rest are all at the intermediate coordination level; it indicates the value takes on fluctuant trend. Finally, according as characteristic and existent problems of the sustainable development system in Yan'an, explore appropriate mechanism and mode of development, and proposed operational countermeasures.This article analyses and researches the following major issues:(1) The analysis of status in quo on population, food, resources, environment, economic development in Yan'an. Based on the study on the spot, it uses qualitative and quantitative means and discusses the overview of the study area on section, nature, humanities and so on, and that gains preponderant conditions for sustainable development in Yan'an. The city of Yan'an has developed into one of the fastest-growing region on the production of crude oil in Shaanxi up to the whole country. the production of crude oil accounts for 50% of the entire province, the production of coal accounts for about 10%.The industries of energy sources enhance the overall economic and financial support, which lead in Yan'an.(2) The grey incidence analysis about coordinated development of the FEEEP system in Yan'an. In order to reflect relatedness among various subsystems in the FEEEP system, we use the gray system method to reckoning index influence of the system's endogenous variable and the external variable to the character. In order to promulgate mutual influence rule which is the power factor and the function intensity of various subsystems development, it inquires about that affects the sustainable system development from the real diagnosis angle. The interrelatedness is highest between the economical and the energy in the five subsystems, which is determined by the only resource developed model. There exists a degree of volatility changes of the coordination of regional development level, its value is above 0.5, but decline year after year from 2002,which belongs to the area that coordinated developing reluctantly.(3) The analysis of multiplexed system's coordinated development about Yan'an FEEEP. The coordinated development is comprehensive target which reflected the system coordinated development level. It promulgates system's coordinated degree and the level of development. Obtaining in quantitative investigation's foundation, the Yan'an FEEEP coordinated development presents the tendency which rises year by year. The environment system and the energy system is in borders on the being out of balance development from 2002, and other twenty-two systems among coordinated relations were in above the primary level, up to 2007, they were in the intermediate coordinated development level except the economic system and the population system, the food system and the population system which belong to the primary coordinated development level.The place of the innovation which this article attempts:(1) Make the new attempt about the sustainable development aspect in the region. It has appraisal profits and function to Yan'an and even the natural economy condition which is similar to the area.(2) Propose the recent development mentality in the Yan'an economy sustainable development aspect. It transforms gradually about the energy development sole growth way primarily, develops the emerging tech industry vigorously, and use the way about the implementation between economic development and the ecological environment.
