In the 21 st century, development direction of the global economy is gradually transferred into the social ecological economic transition area development period. At the same time, the ecological economic development of our country are in change sharply, and the contradiction between environment and economic development to promote the development of various regions are burdened with the task of economic development and ecological security resources sustainable use. Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains forest region of Heilongjiang Province is rich in resources, while natural terrestrial ecosystems in Northeast Asia has obvious characteristics of the main resources, which give full play to the regulation of climate, soil and water conservation role. Based on the protection and utilization of forest resources in the region, its economic development model of forestry is changing. Forestry industry related spatial conditions are ripe for reconstruction performance in three aspects:forestry industry gathering elements of high-density, feature close forestry industry specialization and metastasis, unconspicuous segmentation performance of regional integration. All the above factors jointly promote the Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains forest ecological Heilongjiang with the city’s development, and forestry industries associated with the formation of a link to the primary and secondary sequence, division of labor forestry industry development model. On the one hand, to build Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains forest ecological urban area with Torque excellent location, forest ecological function continuously distributed, become the country’s overall ecological function of the engine; on the other hand, Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains forest ecological city and Forest Industry Development belt model "area, triaxial, multi-node" highlights regional integration, building and research associate forestry industry, environmental protection and other aspects.This article analyses the location theory, regional economic theory and the theory of sustainable development comprehensively, a comprehensive analysis of the location, natural and economic conditions for the development of Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains region, as well as the plight of Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains Forestry Economic Development. Selecting the forestry industry development model is to build a Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains city belt, clarifying resources and forestry industry consolidation regional synergy in the region from three perspectives. First, the "integration" development is the trend of demand in Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains Forestry economic development; Second, based on the Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains ecological environment and ecological function area mountains, combined with the core of several cities along the strip of space development and forestry economy constructed Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains "area, three-axis" of forest eco-city band, noted Yichun, Heihe, Daxinganling region for the three axis of the city, analyzed the "belt" overall competitive advantage, "triaxial" and radiation along the "synergy" triaxial win-win cooperation. Third, the gray GM (1,1) model, Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains forest ecological Heilongjiang Forestry industry types of identification with the city, indicates that Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains forest ecological city with a first, secondary and tertiary industries were basic industries, pillar industries and types of industries, on the development of decision method of gray, respectively, the secondary industry development potential of each industry recognized internally to find out the Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains forest ecological city belt "multi-junction" in key industries; built in Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains "area, triaxial, multi-junction point" model of economic development of forest eco-city band, respectively, indicating the economic development plan for the integration of the three regions "area" construction, in three regions own "axis-axis" development "axis--shaft" is "triaxial" construction, gray absolute correlation analysis model correlation effects between the three regions in all major industries, thereby discriminating advantages of each region industry as "multi-junction" building reach "area, triaxial, multi-node" overall forestry model of economic development and efficient operation.This article research forestry economic development of core areas around Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains, only in forestry economic development perspective. Building Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains and Forest Ecological City area are conducive to playing a coordinating role with the "belt", promoting Forest City economic development of the "triaxial"-Yichun, Heihe and Daxinganling region more linked, integrated, and the "multi-junction" rationalize the development of forestry industry chain, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry. All of these is to create a Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains forest ecological city belt which is based on Da-xiao-xing’anling Mountains region, the radiation area inside the forestry industry, and its ecological functions can service the country.
