Research On Independent Innovation Paradigms Based On Zhejiang Private Enterprise's Typical Cases Analyzing

As the important part of Zhejiang ecnomy, the private enterprise showed their positivity in independent innovation, and also gain remarkable achievement on patent and famous brand in resent years. However, there are many problem existed because of the shortage of enterprise's resource. Therefore, we select some typical enterprises from internet industry, biology medical industry, electronics and information manufacturing industry and tradional manufacturing industry, as the successful independent innovation cases, to analyse their innovation progress and route, to find out their common feature. Based on our analyzing result, follow the principal of enterprises gaining develope motivity and the purpose of increase their position in market, we find out that the innovation usually experience three phases:starting of innovation,innovation deepening, diversification developmeng; and also state about their form innovation route and possible venture for the three form: combined with invented resources and hypostatic resources, as per blue ocean strategy, in virtue of other forces. In this essay, we state about the main specialty and route of these three normal form, and we hope to provide some suggestion for Zhejiang private enterprises on their innovation.
