Jiangsu H Electronic Technology Co., Ltd is a small and medium-sized OEM enterprises which collection in the integration of surface mount technology(SMT)、LCD module、 flat panel display、chip design and assembly testing、camera module、the TV back light design. In nearly years, the phenomenon of imbalance between supply and demand appeared in this package test industry which H electronic company is belonged in, resulting in fast technological progress and fierce global competition. The competition between similar enterprises is more and more fierce, the product price is declined larger, the profit space is reduced, H company’s sustainable development faces severe challenges. Because of this, H company must jump out of the original development model, seeking a new blue ocean strategy. Based on this reason, this article will detailed research the design and implementation of blue ocean strategy’s related content of Jiangsu H electronic technology co., LTD.This paper summarizes “the design school"and"planned school "and other classic strategic management theory, reviews the core idea of blue ocean strategy, analyses the difference between the red sea strategy and the blue ocean strategy, draws out the analysis tools and frameworks of the blue ocean. Through the analysis of H company’s present situation, finds out the existing problems of H company’s management, just like the strategic direction is not clear、the product technology is low and so on, and also seeks out the causes these problems. This paper focuses on the blue ocean strategy’s design of H company, by means of questionnaire survey and literature research method, studies the traditional integrated circuit encapsulation testing of small and medium-sized enterprise strategic layout. Through comparative study, analysis of value innovation factors of H company, at the same time by using the four actions framework of blue ocean strategy to optimize the innovation elements of H company, thus depicts the blue ocean strategy layout of H company. There are significant differences between the integrated circuit encapsulation testing enterprise’sstrategy of the red sea and the blue ocean strategy. The fifth chapter focuses on the implementation of H company’s blue ocean strategy and methods of evaluation,analysis of three obstacles such as cognitive impairment in the process of implementation and puts forward some ways to overcome the key obstacles. By evaluating the purchaser(the customer) utility, accepting the price as well as the methods of cost control, to pre-assess the effect of H company’s blue ocean strategy.This paper’s research will be beneficial to the sustainable development of Jiangsu H electronic technology co., LTD.
