China pharmaceutical packaging is an important component in main nationaleconomic industry in China, small and medium-sized pharmaceutical packagingenterprises is one of the main body of the packaging industry. Pharmaceutical packagingenterprise since the reform and opening up, has experienced the development initial period,development period, mature period, the many small and medium-sized pharmaceuticalpackaging enterprises in the bloody red sea, studies the small and medium-sizedpharmaceutical packaging enterprises to use the blue ocean strategy for medium and smallpharmaceutical packaging enterprises not only break the current competitors as abenchmark, low quality, low price for the competition, and in another new perspective is tocreate new market boundaries, beyond the competition.Blue ocean strategy is different from other strategy and analysis tools, it is unique inthat it is no longer with the competitor as a competitive yardstick; also not blind to thevalue innovation is equivalent to technical innovation, innovation of value equal to highcost; nor the way equivalent to market segmentation. Blue ocean strategy is providedthrough the unique value and innovation to create more demand, it through the strategicdiagram discovered the market existing products value, its purpose is to catch the knownmarket competition situation, fully understand the competitors’ existing characteristics,development, capital investment in product, service and the choice of customer orientation.Blue ocean strategy use is the internal resources of enterprises in line with marketimportant value innovation elements, enterprise can simultaneously take account of bothlow cost and value difference.This article analyzes the current situation, the internal predicament and externalchallenges and development of Chinese small and medium-sized pharmaceuticalpackaging enterprises. Homemade multi angel analysis tool undertook an study on internaland external elements of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical packaging enterprise andhow these elements effect on each other. Use analysis tools for small and medium-sized pharmaceutical packaging enterprise external environment and internal factors ofcompetition are analyzed.The blue ocean strategy layout and key element of value analysisvalue curve. Finally, with regard to the implementation of blue oceanstrategy in the process, the article studied how the small and medium-sized pharmaceuticalpackaging enterprise to use enterprise culture and enterprise organization to implementstrategy, and how the different elements in the value chain of influence blue ocean strategy.Finally this article takes Shanghai HS packaging company as the example, analyzes aprivate small and medium-sized pharmaceutical packaging companies how to use throughthe blue ocean strategy, constructs the internal resources, coexist the differentiation andlow cost, constructs the market boundary. Shanghai HS packaging company through theblue ocean strategy use, is now set for the development of aluminum foil packagingresearch and development, production, sales integration of pharmaceutical packagingenterprises. The research results of this paper not only for small and medium-sizedpharmaceutical packaging companies how to use the blue ocean strategy with have certainreference significance, but also to other packaging companies how to avoid the Red Oceanto open up their own blue ocean also has a certain reference value.
