Currently, the investment and R&D of the economic globalization and multinational corporations have become an important factor for the economic development of China. The Chinese economy is at a higher degree of export-oriented since China becomes a member of the WTO. The issue is that how the Chinese government and enterprises face with internationalization of multinational R&D, as well as how to further use of the internationalization to enhance its own capability of technological innovation.This article uses the strategic research theory and methods by reading and studying the R&D internationalization of enterprises in technological innovation under the conditions of the relevant information and relevant data. For the face of stress which these models proposed development of advanced technology, there is an urgent need for technical innovation in Chinese enterprises, which is highly specific.
