Research On Resources Integration Of Regional Logistics Based On Griddization Management

As a logistics development trend of regional integration, many scholars begin to pay attentions to the rationalization of regional logistics. The concept of synergy is frequently raised in the operation, however, the research on achieving the sharing of resources and collaborative research work of regional logistics through the resources integration of regional logistics is still in its infancy stage, and there is no systematic theoretical support. Therefore, the dissertation takes regional logistics resources as research subject.According to the research theory in the dissertation, we could know a management innovation has appeared in current research, that's griddization management. Griddization management could effectively unify and dispatch the distributed resources, and then attempt to discuss the solutions to the sharing of resources and collaborative research work throughout the system, which integrates with the goal of resources integration of regional logistics.In view of this situation, the dissertation takes regional logistics resources as research subject, takes griddization management as research theory and combines the computer simulation technology to deepen the research on resources integration of regional logistics based on griddization management. The dissertation launches concrete research gradually as follows: Firstly constructs the resources integration system of regional logistics based on griddization management. Secondly analyzes the model of the system, and simulates griddization and non-griddization resources integration of regional logistics and compares them quantitatively. And then researches a practical case of griddization resources integration of regional logistics.Main work and conclusions of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Researches the problems and causes of current resources integration of regional logistics, and establishes the whole optimization development pattern of resources integration of regional logistics based on research achievement of griddization management theory.(2) Analyzes quantitative comparison of griddization and non-griddization resources integration of regional logistics, and constructs simulation model and service quality evaluation index.(3) Researches a practical case of griddization resources integration of regional logistics, and takes the Yangtze River Delta as an example.The dissertation has some theoretical and practical significance. It solves the problems of resources integration of regional logistics from the quantitative point theoretically, and then in practice it's also beneficial to decision-making of the Government from the perspective of macroeconomic development to ensure the rationalization of regional logistics.
