Research On The Integration Of Logistics Resources In Rural Township

The integration of logistics resources is the optimal allocation of resources between enterprises and enterprises,enterprises and governments and enterprises.in order to meet the needs of the changing market environment.Its purpose is to achieve resource sharing,access to economies of scale,reduce logistics costs for the demander provided comprehensive and high-quality logistics services.With the rapid development of the logistics industry and the introduction of a series of policies to promote the development of rural logistics in recent years,our country rural area has made great progress in the transportation,storage facilities,handling equipment,distribution processing facilities,logistics park and other logistics infrastructure.However,because of the unscientific logistics planning,the construction of low level infrastructure and other reasons,the utilization of logistics resources is not high,and those logistics infrastructure cannot meet the diversity,special and seasonal logistics requirements of the rural township.Therefore,it is imperative to integrate logistics resources in rural township areas.In this paper,the rural township logistics was taken as the research object and the integration of logistics resources was studied.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of logistics resources in rural township and the integration model of logistics resources,it put forward a new integration model of logistics resource with rural characteristics based on the bottom-up idea;the grid management method was used to discuss the management flow of the new integration model.Firstly,it studied the integration mode of logistics resources in rural township.According to the present situation of the development of rural township logistics resources,the advantages and disadvantages of the current logistics resources integration model in rural townships was analyzed,and the new logistics resource integration model with the county-level rural logistics park as the center,and relying on the rural logistics terminal network was put forward,which included the farm shop,the village postal station,the "three rural" service station and rural comprehensive service society for resource integration and complementary advantages.Secondly,the management methods of the integration model of new rural township logistics resources was studied,and the integration of rural township logistics resources based on grid management was put forward.According to the thought of grid management,this paper explained the basic design of grid management of rural township logistics resources,analyzed the specific operation process of the grid management by combining with the new logistics resource integration model and solved the problem of efficiency of resource integration.In addition,simulation technology was used to verify the superiority of grid management process.Finally,taking Huangzhou district as an example,this paper made an empirical study on the integration of logistics resources in rural township areas.Relying on Huanggang logistics project,according to the new logistics resource integration model and grid management method and combining with the development status of logistics in Huangzhou district,the scheme of integration of logistics resources in Huangzhou district was designed,and the further empirical research on the integration of rural township logistics resources was taken.
