Research On Traceability System Of Chicken Cold Chain

With the social development and improvement of living standard, people pay more attention on food safety, especially on animal derived food safety. Food safety events make food safety a high level. is coming soon. As a main food, production and consumption of chicken products is more separate, and the supply system is more complicate. It is more difficult for the consumers to get the information of chicken products because of lack of effective transmission of production information. To be an effective management means, the chicken traceability system attracts the government and consumers. And this paper does research on traceability management system from three aspects, as following:a. This paper analyzes the supporting system of chicken traceability system. It is the basis of the whole paper.b. This paper analyzes factors of chicken traceability system, object factor, subject factor, method factor and facility factor included. Combined the actual situation of chicken production in China, this paper analyzes the mode of chicken cold chain and its feature ,which covers the whole process form feeding, slaughtering and processing, selling and logistics. Then this paper proposes theoretical an approach of tracing and tracking. All of these can guarantee chicken quality and safety on some extent and achieve seamless convergence of information.c. This paper proposes the establishment of chicken traceability information system. The information system is an important factor of the traceability system. Based on the analysis of previous, this paper builds the logical model of chicken traceability system. Then, this paper brings forward the overall structure, function structure and network architecture of the system.
