| In today's world, the creative industries have changed from a concept to a huge market economic value. The development of creative industries is not only the behave of individuals or individual enterprises, clusters is the inevitable trend of creative industries development. Information technology is the main trend of today's development, industry organizations also have big changes. So, under the background of this era of information technology, what influence will be happen to the creative industries cluster, which is the focus of this study.In this paper, use the theory of diamonds model and the analysis of knowledge spillovers. By using of the diamond model, analyze from the perspective of information-based form factors, and overflow with the knowledge of the theoretical basis of information in the creative industries of the negative effects of clusters are described. As can be seen through the analysis, to some extent Informationization can promote the formation of clusters of creative industries, which has the active influence to the formation of creative industries clusters. But information technology also has its two-sided, and its cluster of creative industries is not only the formation of a catalytic role, as well as its negative impact on the side. Over-development of information technology may also lead to creative overflow phenomenon, it means that there will be "free-rider" behavior between the clusters, this would reduce the motility of innovation, thereby preventing innovation and creativity. It can be said that Information is a dilemma, on the one hand information technology promote the creative industries cluster, on the other hand, clusters of "free rider" behavior caused by the vicious competition among enterprises and innovation that may lead to cluster stagnation and shrinking clusters. Therefore, the reasonable use of information will be effective to the intellectual property of creative industries cluster and the protection of creative industries. |
