The Research In Productive Services Industry Of Sichuan: Based On The Background Of Industrial Transformation

Productive services are the core and the most important part in the modern service industry, the development of which is the significant strategy meaning for the new industrialization, structural updating and forming of advanced industry style in China.This paper was issued under the context of industrial transformation, the research object is the productive services in Sichuan province, the core concept is 'to develop productive services better and building up industrial transformation', in order to seek the development model of productive services in Sichuan province and its key aspect.The following works were carried out in order to achieve the above purpose:1.The productive services and industrial transformation were summarized and described generally ,including the definition of productive services, industry classification, characteristics and trends, as well as the definition of industrial transformation, arousing factors, influences to region which industries transfers out of or into, trend of transformation. The relationship between them was also explained.2. The actuality and existing problems in productive services in Sichuan were analyzed in this thesis. the part on actuality issued the traditional productive services, new productive services,ammount of community investment, market-oriented level, the part on problems include development level of productive services, conversion of Leading industries,capital,supprorting for primary and Secondary industries, matching with the manufacture and so on.3.In order to test the core concept which based on knowledge above ,the author provides a mathematical model, by which the impact of productive services on manufacture can be measured,however,the effect of productive services in economic development and industrial transformation in Sichuan were explained, as well as the forms and emphases in productive services development in Sichuan.4. Some policy suggestions were provided to develop productive services well which concerned with industrial transformation. Such as guide the development of reasonable, Strengthen sector management, standardize the market order, Guide industrial clustering, to promote industrial upgrading and so on.
