The Research Of The Development Of Producer Services Of Shandong Province Based On The Industrial Relationship Perspective

Since the 1980 s, the service economy has become the world’s most developed countries, economic growth, the service sector accounts for the proportion of the national economy in general more than 75%; and also the service sector contributed to these economies in recent years of sustained and stable growth of the national economy. Throughout the development trend in today’s world service economy, producer services have been completely beyond the consumer services sector and the government’s public service, the service sector has become the main form. By comparison, the economic development of Shandong Province in recent years, the industry is still the second most important economic growth point; the service sector, especially in underdeveloped producer services. Shandong Province is not only lagging behind similar economies, Jiangsu, Guangdong and other provinces of the amount, but lags behind the national average. In the current shift in the crucial period of economic development, promote the development of producer services will have a very important practical significance. Based on this analysis and study, the development of this paper will be the producer service industry in Shandong Province.Firstly, on the academic study of the aspects related to the definition of producer services, externalization and industry association and other reasons for a more detailed exposition. Then in theory development services and producer services based, launched the development of specific research services to producers in Shandong Province. After the status of the development of services and producer services are described in Shandong Province found: Although in recent years the development of the service sector and producer services in Shandong Province made a very spectacular results, but the comparison, producer services industry still lags behind, and economic status of Shandong province incompatible. Development of Shandong producer services not only behind the developed countries, but also in the provinces and cities are also at the level of weaker growth. Embarrassed for this development, the paper industry, factors associated with the perspective on the relationship of Shandong Province and three industrial producer services between the empirical analysis. The results showed that: the strength of Shandong Province industrial producer services associated with the three industries is relatively weak, which can not provide strong support for the development of producer service industry. And with the developed countries is different, the current producer service industry in Shandong Province with the highest intensity is associated with the secondary industry, rather than the tertiary industry. This has led to a self-reinforcing cycle mechanism producer services can not play its due role. Based on the above analysis shows that the current development of producer service industry in Shandong Province is still in a relatively early stage, the need to promote its rapid growth through the development of appropriate countermeasures. Based on these findings, the paper concludes that by strengthening the industrial strength of the association between Producer Services and tertiary industries, and promote the development of Shandong Province industrialization process, to improve the level of development of producer service itself and the establishment of appropriate system to protect these four aspects to promote rapid and healthy development of producer service industry in Shandong Province.
