The International Comparision Research On Producer Services Industrial Linkages

With the development of economy, service industry plays an important role in the national economy growth and structure optimization and has shown a potential for development. Service industry has obvious characteristics in knowledge spillover effects, technology and sustainable development. In addition, it relates to international competitiveness and is an inevitable way to promote industrial structure upgrade and the transformation of the mode of economic growth, so how to promote the development of service industry has become a global consensus.In the process of modern production, the productive service gradually separated from the enterprise value chains, inputting a lot of human resource, technology, capital and intellectual elements, thus its output includes more intensive human and intellectual capital. At the same time, through the multiplier effects, knowledge and technology are highly improved in associated enterprises, internal structure is optimized and greater appreciation is created. Productive services belong to custom-made production, in which providers focus on difference and strategic position, as a result, service makes a major contribution in the value-added process. Producer services penetrate into enterprises' links, such as transportation, financial services, research and development, management consulting, therefore industries are closely related. The development of producer services is extremely important to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the development of producer services in China and under the background of world service trade, the input-output tables are used to analyze the interactive development between producer services and other industries. Then according to relation between industries, we put forward concrete suggestions to enhance industry alignment. The conclusion shows that, firstly, in recent years the third industry has maintained a good momentum of development in China, but compared with the developed countries, the scale and level of the service industry is relatively low; secondly, the internal structures of Chinese producer services are unbalanced. On the one hand, industries such as the wholesale and retail trade and transportation, which have low added value and low threshold to enter, accounted for the highest proportion in GDP, on the other hand, knowledge and technology intensive service industries are restricted, while in developed countries, financial and business services are the primary sources of growth; finally from the industry linkage point of view, the breadth and depth of the relation between production service industry and other industries needs to vigorously promote and transform from relying mainly on labor intensive services to the knowledge and technology intensive services. According to statistics, our country should continue to strengthen the development of transportation and other services whose barriers to entry are low and return of economic are quick to get. We should actively encourage industries related to knowledge and technology innovation, furthermore propose ways to optimize and upgrade economic structure.
