The 21st century is filled with opportunities and challenges of the times, is a survival of the fittest, survival of the fittest of the times, but also a human resources highly competitive era. Rapid development in the Chinese market as a backdrop, more foreign-funded enterprises in China saw this huge cake, have entered the Chinese market, and thus strengthen the human resources management is of great significance. While encouraging the spirit of the problem and motivate the management of human resources management is the core issue is to solve the first enterprises to maximize efficiency of resources as the basis for the work, but also how to multinational companies in China benign development. To face competition and challenges, how to design a scientific and effective incentive mechanism system, and today's furniture industry has become the human resources development and management of the urgent need to resolve the issue.However, the development of foreign-funded enterprises in China, encountered an unavoidable issue, in order to guarantee sustainability of healthy development of foreign enterprises, in the human resources management in how to better localization, about how to use China's senior management to manage Chinese employees, and how can reach advanced production technology and equipment in China to play its real strengths to create greater economic benefits, taken to effectively inspire the spirit system.The research in this paper grasp on the basis of motivation theory, the use of case studies, analysis of L furniture from the company incentive mechanisms and characteristics of the problems start in the work of the past conducted in-depth analysis and study. How can human resources from the better localization perspective, according to human resources management and organizational behavior theory, with the actual situation L furniture company, made suitable for the characteristics of the company, possible incentive system.
