The Study Of The Tracing Management System Design About The White Spirit Products

White spirit is one of our traditional consumer products. As the liquor industry is increasingly competitive and the food quality safety problems are more prominent, the fundamental significance of white spirit quality tracing is to bring both the consumers and manufacturers a win-win situation. On one hand, through the liquor supply chain information tracing, consumer's right to know can be guaranteed; on the other hand, the informatization degree of the enterprises can be improved as well as the competitiveness of the brands.The paper presented here discusses how to combine the RFID technology with the liquor supply chain, in order to meet the needs of quality tracing management.This paper elaborates the meaning to establish a liquor quality tracing management system in the following four respects:quality safety,supply chain, marketing competition and consumer behavior. The liquor supply chain is divided into production chain and logistics chain for system design. For each part, by analyzing the main costumers and the objects, user's data requirements and the object's data collection points can be determined, on the basis of which the RFID technology is introduced for the system scheme design and architecture design. Then, the quality retrospect management system covering a whole supply chain can be realized by connecting these systems. Based on the consideration of rationality and operability, this paper also describes the key techniques for system achievement. Further, to use the RFID to achieve quality tracing in the liquor industry, some research suggestions are proposed based on the system mentioned above.
