Virtual Reality-based (Virtual Reality) of the virtual test technology (Virtual Experiment) is an advanced computer simulation technology, it has a unique advantage in experience test, analysis, understanding of simulation and reducing test cost and shortening the research and development time. Which have received tremendous attention from academia and industry.The Paper mentions the VR-based virtual test system design model and achieves the virtual test system, VR-based virtual body motion parameters. The chiefs contents are showed as follows:(1) With analysis of the application of computer simulation technology and development trends, the paper explores the design patterns of DirectX 4-linkage movement virtual test, based on COM the realization of motion simulation model.(2) Based on PCL-818HG data acquisition card specification features, the system develops the test software of 4-linkage movement parameters with VC + +6.0 and build the test-bed of the crank-rocker mechanism parameters, in the JCP-5.(3) After Analysis of the Direct3D Framework features, the paper comes up with the realization of 4-linkage motion simulation model with the 3ds Max .It also explores the method of optimization when 3ds max data is transferred to Direct3d environment.(4) Completing experiment of crank-rocker mechanism, the software measures angular velocity and draws the angular velocity curve, while observing the swing of rocker crank-rocker mechanism in the test interface. From this, we can see whether it is same with the rocker in the actual situation.In the paper, he design of simulation software makes use of the characteristics of precision of the professional three-dimensional modeling software 3ds Max7.0 model to facilitate the establishment of, but also the realization interactive features of the DirectX and avoids their shortcomings. In VC + + 6.0 development environment, efficient combining the two to achieve linkage the simulation test and the parameters of motion simulation shows.
