Application Of Production Factors Management In Highway Management

As a result of highway mileage is increasing persistently, the assignment of highway management is more and more arduous, and highway management is more and more important. How to improve highway management efficiency has been a important problem to solve.The dissertation adopts theory analysis and instance study. As Jingzhu highway of Hubei province for example, I analyse management method of Jingzhu highway in the dissertation, by investigating Jingzhu management and analyzing it in management theory. Beginning with the application of all-around quality management and ISO quality management, the dissertation describes that Jingzhu administration improve production factors management by establishing all kinds of systems. In human resources management, it expounds scheming, optimizing and empoldering. In electronic system management, it explains work standardization and post responsibility system. In capital management, it analyses capital internal control system, budget system and audit system.By detailed analysis, the dissertation concludes that: all-around quality control and ISO management methods improve work quality and efficiency of Jingzhu administration. Administrative departments of highway management which adopt corporation management methods can reduce cost, improve efficiency and be propitious to achieve government traffic programming. Scheming, optimizing and impoldering human resources improve quality and productivity of workers. Post responsibility system and worker training make the electronic system work regularly. Budget and internal control systems reduce cost of highway management.
