In the field of Human Resources Management, the information of human resource management is a hot issue; the information's process of human resource management is actually a realization process of Electronic Human Resource Management. Its appearance has changed the concept of enterprise human resource management, innovated the model of enterprise human resource management, and also greatly promoted the theory and practice of human resource managements'development.In China, the overall level of e-HR applications is not high. But the pace of development is very fast in recent years, people raise the awareness of e-HR. But relatively, the degree of concern on this issue in the domestic academic is far from enough, there are not many scholars specializing in research in this area. In the current market, how to conduct enterprise's information of human resources management, and the implementation effect would greatly impact on the development of the whole field of human resource management's information. Therefore, studying the theory and practical experience of e-HR applications at home and abroad to solve the practical issues and potential problems in the application development of e-HR has significance for speeding up China's human resources management and enhancing the level of human resource management.In this paper, I discus the new trends of the contemporary human resources management, Illuminate the profound connotation and development process of e-HR, and also reveal its significance on the contemporary human resources management.
