In fact it has also harmed the step of our country socialism modernization career indirectly. The pattern of highway tolling is an important constituent of the highway tolling system. After analyzing the value flow of highway and the theory of highway property compensate, the paper carrys on comparing among the direct rolling pattern, the indirect rolling pattern, percentage of growing pattern, and the fee-for-tax pattern in detail. Then through the comparison of the good and bad points, and also joining with future development tendency of the pattern of highway tolling, the paper produces some development suggestions about it. Finally carrying system research on the representative delegate of the pattern of fee & tax -- e fuel & oil tax reformation, in order to provide our country practicality notion for the pattern of highway rolling.
