With the development of space technology, the domestic and international competition becomes more fierce. On one hand, the demands of technology and features are higher and higher, the needs of quality and reliability are more and more strict. On the other hand, as the country's needs and market demand is growing, the number of spacecraft mission shows clear signs of rapid growth, limited resources of organizations become increasingly prominent. How to adapt to the task of national development needs and space, improve the spacecraft dynamic schedule management progress, the allocation of resources and the refinement and standardization of the management level, is a key element to the spacecraft management study.This thesis studies the organizational project management. It begins with the analysis of the necessity and feasibility, and the relative concepts such as project, organization, process, and so on. Then this thesis studies the elements of the organizational project management, including the organization, schedule management processes, work breakdown structure, schedule plans and the information systems. From the sduty of these elements, this thesis builds a system of spacecraft project management in a organizational level. Combining with the project management practice of China Academy of Space Technology, we carry out tests to verify the research results with the requirements of the degree of reality. Finally, the study is summarized and further study aspects are presented. These methods studied by the thesis is an important and meaningful way to improve the level of spacecraft project management in an organization.
