| As one of the top ten steel companies,to a certain extent SG steel company has been a qualitative leap since the reform and opening up.But compared with the advanced international and domestic steel mills,the gap is still large.There is also high transportation cost.And on the current situation in the industry point of view,the overall level of profitability of the industry is not optimistic.Therefore,the major steel mills make down procurement costs strongly in the procurement chain,which often ignore the importance of transportation.This paper systematically uses project management knowledge and discusses in the progress of the project plan and control focusing on the project of original fuel transportation management system development.It will choose the right technology,methods to ensure that the plan is scientific and accurate through a clear scope of the project.In the progress of the project implementation and control phase,it will set the control points and take measures,such as the institutional,organizational,technical,economic aspects to ensure that the project will be completed through the decomposition of control objectives.The main research contents include the following three aspects:(1)Analyze the situation and problems of SG original fuel transportation management information system.This part will identify the main current problem of original fuel transportation management information system of SG Group,the factors of restricting development,so as to clarify the direction of the next step of improvement.(2)In order to complete the procurement system construction project of SG original fuel transportation management information system successfully,it will apply the progress of the project management theory and methods in the project system construction.In this part,it will base on the use of the work breakdown structure(WBS),Responsibility Assignment Matrix and other project management approach to project analysis to determine the scope of the project,build the organizational structure,and decompose the project work.(3)Focus on study the project progress analysis of planning,implementation and control of cost-effective procurement of SG original fuel transportation management information system.This section mainly uses Gantt charts,critical path method,project management tools,milestone plan,and so on.This paper will get a certain of relevance and significance conclusions of cost-effective procurement of original fuel transportation management information system through the SG system construction project schedule management studies.I hope this research would get some inspiration in the building of transportation management of original fuel. |
