Supply Chain Alliance is the union that consist of a number of entities independent of each other in order to achieve a common goal under market environment of competition and cooperation, each partner in their respective areas of advantage for the Union to contribute to the core ability to join together to achieve mutually complement each other, risk-sharing and benefit-sharing. This model can effectively improve the supply chain market competitiveness of enterprises. So far, despite a substantial scholar of Supply Chain Alliance formation, operation, carried out a theoretical risk of in-depth study and practice, but for the League in some models in the future more effective and stable development and to enhance academic research has not yet involved. Based on this, Supply Chain Alliance will be seen as a complex system, from the ecological point of view to grasp the development of supply chain optimization alliance management. And the research may have some reference value to supply chain management and enhancement.In this paper, after a lot of collection and analysis of supply chain Union Co-evolution theory and data, with the combination of game theory thinking, self-organization development and organizational learning theory, analysis the co-evolutionary dynamics of supply chain alliance based on super-cycle theory and the co-evolutionary theory. First of all, from the perspective of biological co-evolutionary theory and system structure, analysis dynamics of the supply chain alliance Co-evolution, and the hierarchical structure of evolution, and in accordance with the development of Supply Chain Alliance, analysis of the dynamic model of co-evolution. And it analysis of the obstacles factors in implementation of co-evolutionary of Supply Chain Alliance and mentioned about feasibility co-evolutionary path– cultural path, technology path and the relationship path. In the part of co-evolutionary strategy study, to establish a good Supply Chain Alliance Co-evolution environment firstly, and set the goal of evolution, then list out knowledge strategy, innovation strategy and incentive strategy according to the previous obstacles to the implementation and feasibility of the path analysis. Finally, it analyzes cases of Supply Chain Alliance co-evolutionary development in automotive industry.
