Corporate culture sprung up in 1980s. Its emergence is a revolution in the history of enterprise management, for it elevates the enterprise management theory from the level of scientific management to enterprise cultural management, and also elevates the management concept from technical economy management to corporate cultural concept. Corporate culture is a kind of productive force, and its vitality comes from its changes. Only when the corporate culture adapts to the development of the enterprise, its effect of productive force can be shown. Researches on the changes of corporate culture are mostly conducted from the management angle of view. From the angle of the institutional changes, this article has analyzed the institution and the theory of institutional changes, studied the corporate culture and the changes of corporate culture under the institutional changes of view, and discussed the influences of institutional changes on the changes of corporate culture, finally believed that the institutional changes can influence on the corporate behavioral culture, the corporate institutional culture and also the corporate spiritual culture. This article detailed analysis that the institutional changes realize the corporate behavioral culture changes by affecting the entrepreneurs'behavior and the staff's behavior. The institutional changes realize the corporate institutional culture by promoting the transformation of corporate organizations, and also by consuming and executing enterprise management system. The corporate spiritual culture changes are realized by constructing the corporate values and cultivating the entrepreneurship. Finally changes of these three aspects promote the changes of corporate culture and the development of enterprise. According to the development of our country's corporate culture, this article stands for carrying on the institutional arrangement to the changes of corporate culture form the following five aspects: to enhance modern property right system, to enhance enterprise credit system, to improve entrepreneur's quality, to establish the study of organization, and to innovate corporate culture. So we can promote the construction of corporate culture.
