Twenty-first Century is a challenging century.Competition between enterprises is actually the competition of enterprise culture,and the competitiveness of enterprise culture will become the first competitive power of enterprises.To achieve a healthy,rapid and sustainable development,enterprises must build and use their unique core competencies,which are rooted in the corporate culture.Corporate culture,as an important factor in the development of enterprises and the driving force is the key to improve the level of enterprise soft power,excellent corporate culture can not only provide a good working atmosphere and environment for the staff,can greatly improve the staff s working enthusiasm and creativity,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is the core power of enterprise development.If an enterprise leaves the enterprise culture,it will be difficult to form the cohesive force of the staff,and it will be difficult for the outside to form the competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,the construction of a unique and excellent corporate culture is essential to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises to participate in the competition in the international market smoothly.But the enterprise culture construction level of our enterprises on the whole is still in the initial stage,content and process for enterprise culture connotation of enterprise culture construction,a lot of enterprises management,lack of comprehensive and correct understanding,many mistakes in process of enterprise culture construction and the implementation of the.In order to give full play to the positive role of corporate culture,it is necessary to study and analyze the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture,so as to find an effective way to improve the construction of corporate culture.Therefore,enterprises must establish the corporate culture building strategy,establish people-oriented thoughts,improve the rules and regulations of enterprise,enterprise culture of internal and external functions,strengthen internal cohesion,create innovative learning organization,team spirit,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the study of corporate culture construction is of great significance to build competitive advantages and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.In this context,the paper selects S company as the research object to study the construction of corporate culture.Firstly,it expounds the theory of corporate culture,analyzes the present situation of domestic and international corporate culture,and points out the trend of research and development of corporate culture both at home and abroad.Then S company profile,especially the current situation of corporate culture,according to the current practice of enterprise culture in the development of the company's corporate culture to find the problems and from the spiritual culture,system culture,material culture,behavior culture,and other aspects of the analysis,and then combined with the actual situation of S company,put forward the construction of enterprise culture system contains the spiritual and cultural construction scheme,construction scheme,material culture system culture behavior culture construction scheme,construction scheme,and put forward the implementation of corporate culture strategy of S company.
