With the advent of knowledge economy, the wealth of every country and company has created by the knowledge of the intangible factors of production more than other things. The capability of innovation can reflect a country's or a company's ability of the use of the knowledge to create value. However, according to relevant statistics, innovation capability of China's enterprises is obviously inadequate. As a result, how to enhance the capability of innovation has become the focus for theorists and entrepreneurs to concern. In essence, innovation has a characteristic of Knowledge-intensive. In the process of innovation, that is not simply copy of the knowledge, but through organizational learning, to integrate and re-create all kinds of knowledge to dig its potential value. So, knowledge integration and organizational learning have become an effective way of enhancing the ability of innovation.Through studying the foreign and domestic documents of relevant content, this paper figures that knowledge integration exists in the organizational learning process and is a kind of effective mechanisms. Then put forward a hypothesis that knowledge integration, as an effective behavioral factor, can affect the results of organizational learning. Meanwhile, based on the SLAM framework which is proposed by Crossan et al. (1997) , this paper regards the results of organizational learning as the learning stocks which are divided into individual, team and organizational knowledge ,and the learning flows which are divided into feed-forward learning and feed-back learning. Therefore, the influence of the results of organizational learning that is caused by knowledge integration can be regarded as the influence of the learning stocks and learning flows which are caused by knowledge integration. According to the SLAM framework itself, flows will eventually promote the dynamic flow of knowledge of each level of individual, team and organization .So ,the learning flows can affect the learning stocks. And then, through the survey of people who come from the Hangzhou high-tech enterprises or research institute, this paper confirms that there are positive relationships between knowledge integration and the results of organizational learning, and between learning stocks and learning flows. Finally, according to the conclusion of the research, this paper put forward some suggestions to companies to establish a relatively well-integrated mechanism.This paper has some innovative points, just as follows:1,Through the research on documents of relevant content and the logical analysis, this paper has combined the theory framework of knowledge integration and organizational learning, and built a relation model between knowledge integration and the results of organizational learning.2,Through empirical studies, it proves that knowledge integration can promote the increase of learning stocks and learning flows obviously. That reveals knowledge integration has positive effects on the results of organizational learning. That has a certain guiding significance to organizational learning.3,This paper put forward some suggestions to companies to establish a relatively well-integrated mechanism.
