Knowledge is the most important resource of an enterprise, for knowledge itself and the ability of creating and manage it have become significant sources for enterprise gaining advantage in competition. In the background of Knowledge-based Economy, enterprises intend to reply increasingly fierce market competition and changing survival circumstance, so the only choice is attaching importance to knowledge, learning them and obtain advantages in competition by them, so as to make progress. The core competence of the corporation is the cohesion of organizational tacit knowledge, while organizational learning is the best path to fostering the core competence. That discussing how efficient organizational learning ways accelerate company tacit knowledge innovation, then form a tacit knowledge of the core competence so as to obtain competition advantages, is what this dissertation intends to investigate.The dissertation makes thorough researches on the core competence of the corporation with regard to knowledge, which coordinates established theories of the knowledge innovation of the corporation, the core competence of the corporation, and organizational learning, in the way of literatures arrangements. By de-structuring organizational learning, the paper creatively proposes a module of Approach—Competence for the forming of core competence founded on knowledge context, tacit knowledge innovation, knowledge management capability and organizational learning ways, the dissertation creatively constructs a model of organizational learning ways in forming the company core competence. It puts forward the consequences that the company substantive competition advantages ultimately are in possession of the core competence, and the key to construct the core competence is tacit knowledge innovation, established on the premise of founding a favorable mechanism and favorable ways of organizational learning. Finally, the author validates the standpoint of the dissertation by the positive research methods of questionnaire andstatistics.The dissertation addresses and verifies the organizational learning and its ways operate decisively on forming the company core competence, through literatures arrangements, academic deduction, investigation research, and statistic analysis. On one hand, this conclusion theoretically interprets and analyzes existing organizational learning phenomenon in companies, then innovates and reinforces the theoretic research of the core competence. On the other hand, it lets enterprises search out a new path and a reliable means of fostering the core competence and establishing exclusive advantages in competition, which can give reference to enterprises, especially domestic enterprises, to foster and enhance their competences.
