Updating the management philosophy,changing the manufacturing model deeply, modern logistics industry is receiving increasing attention in the world. In China,the success of the economic system transformation and development of the market economy has accelerated the growth of the logistics industry, which become an important part of the national economy and economic growth. The development of modern logistics has been an important factor affecting the competitiveness of the region, enhanced the competitiveness of the region which could not be overlooked. Therefore,to understand the development of the logistics industry, have a great realistic significance to promote economic and social growth and stability,to build a harmonious society.This paper can be divided into seven chapters, the former two chapters has mainly discussed some theoretic problems, such as the background, the significance and the current research state of the interrelated problems, and the concepts of logistics,the logistics industry, take measurments and calculate about the logistics industry growth mode etc. The third chapter has built a logistics industry growth mode of evaluation index system. Finally, the use of quantitative analysis methods measured out the influence of direction and extent which is the indicator impacted on the logistics industry transformation in the mode of growth.The main findings of the study are that:1 The the logistics industry of Zhejiang has appeared the trend of dynamic growth from the 1980s.No matter in the developmental indicators, structural indicators,effective indicators or environmental indicators,the the logistics industry of Zhejiang is go up dynamic.However,in the structural indicators, the proportion of the logistics industry accounts for tertiary industry is stagnant, even down trend.We can get that in the logistics industry growth patterns indicators of factors, there is not optimizing enough in the structural indicators. It is urgent to improve structural indicators in Zhejiang Province.2.This article used the principle component analysis,so that the logistics industry growth mode will be grouped into three factors. Then through the development of data in Zhejiang Province,using quantitative analysis methods get the logistics industry growth mode conditions:In the development indicators, the growth rate of consumer retail price play the largest role in the logistics industry transformation in the mode of growth. In the structural indicators,there are three indicators have the most influence to the logistics industry transformation in the mode of growth.This indicators incule the proportion of employees,logistics industry accounts for the proportion of GDP, logistics industry accounts for the proportion of industry.In the efficiency indicators, labor productivity create the conditions for change the logistics industry transformation in the mode of growth. In the environmental indicators,in contrast to the past,there is a a negative correlation between the number of college students and the development of logistics industry. So we can come to the conclusion :this phenomenon is due to the qualifications of employees in logistics industry too low at this stage.Institutions cultured logistics professionals can't satisfied the need of logistics industry development.3.The paper used error correction model(ECM), analysis the short-term relationship between the variables. Show the various composition has the positive impact of the logistics industry transformation in the mode of growth.At the same time, in the process of the development of logistics industry,there is a strong short-term dynamic adjustment mechanism in Zhejiang.Make sure that the mode of growth bias can be adjusted automatically in the short term.4.The logistics industry growth in Zhejiang Province is better than the national average. Specifically after 30 years of refom and opening policy,logistics industry have the foundation and conditions to change logistics industry growth patterns in Zhejiang. Such as a solid foundation for investment in logistics, higher labor productivity of the logistics industry,superior geographical location,this conditions laid the foundation for the logistics industry transformation in the mode of growth. However, opportunities and challenges are existed together.There are many problems that the logistics industry transformation in the mode of growth to confront in Zhejiang.For example the proportion of logistics industry accounts for the tertiary industry is too low,the structure is unreasonable,the investment in human capital is inadequate,the quality of staff and the degree of information is very low in logistics enterprises, lack of talent,and so on.
