With state-owned. enterprises reform going deep into and economic globalization, especially in today's economic crisis, the state-owned enterprises must recognize that the human resources management is relationed between life and death of the enterprise, to adopt new ideas, to establish the mechanism of "attract, develop and retain talent ", to enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development.XX Mining Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Mining) is a 40-year-old state-owned enterprise, Mining industry has experienced the reform of other state-owned enterprises, has the same mode. In recently years, the mining company made the strategic objectives of the development, reform efforts, but the overall state-owned enterprises are still on the mode of operation. By the restraint of history, institutions and mechanisms, some problems encountered in advancing the reform of human resources, especially in performance management and compensation system, these have seriously hampered the development of enterprises.Around this topic, this article analyzes the status and inadequate of Mining's human resources management, analyzes the status quo and existing problems the performance management and compensation system. Through the in-depth research, it gains the first-hand information, to use of a large number of figures, tables and charts, in order to be able to enhance the persuasiveness of the thesis. The arctic analyzes a lot of theory related of performance management, KPI, team performance, performance target setting, the principle of weight distribution, remuneration management, broadband pay, etc. Through these research, this paper's methods of research and demonstratio is to combine of theoretical and practical, the environment and the conditions , use the dates, design a large number of tables and charts, use the dialectical thinking to connect theory and reality, use many concepts and examples, etc. Combined with the act of mining, it must change into the strategic management of human resources, it designs a new project of performance evaluation and compensation, ensure the program's theory and feasibility of the combination.
