The 21 st century has entered the Internet times, in the times of cloud search and big data highly developed, the Internet caused a great change of traditional industry. The industry reform has swept through the biological medicine industry in our country and the new changes happen immediately. Many related enterprises actively participate in integration of mergers and acquisitions, and many famous companies also has a huge sum of money. These companies following the direction of the medical reform, and actively respond to the policy. They are hurry to develop themselves, and there are many cross-regional and cross ownership acquisition, there are also many joint reorganization of the enterprises. These reforms contribute to helping to make all kinds of resources flow to the superior enterprises. Because the staff in our country's medicine enterprise has a high liquidity, so at the time of restructuring and reform, the integration of human capital has become a very important part. This is not only the beginning of the benign competition, but also advantage. Highly rational compensation system is very attractive to talents, and scientific compensation system can improve people's enthusiasm of work and improve the work efficiency; Otherwise, it will keep talents away and lead to the drops of efficiency, it will also brings serious blow to the long-term development of the enterprise.We make a deep study and research on the relevant management theories about design of compensation and evaluation of performance. On the basis of research and the ZSHT pharmaceutical co., LTD.,'s actual situation, we carried out a thorough research and analysis on the company's compensation system. Under the background that the biological medicine industry's mergers and acquisitions, ZSHT considers the development trend of the industry and requirements, and it carried on a further rationalization improvement of internal salary system of the company. Considering the present situation of the pharmaceutical industry's compensation level, we did some analysis and comparative research on the ZSHT's compensation system through the research methods such as questionnaires and industry compensation system analysis. We find out the existing problems in the company compensation system and the cause of these problems, and corresponding to these problems, we use science compensation theory to improve the company's compensation system. Then further take company's performance management system into consideration, upgrade compensation system and formulate targeted personalized compensation system.Finally we summarized the advantages of the new compensation system and the experience we learned in the process of compensation system reforming, and summarized the development of the compensation system and look to the future development.
