After China became a member of WTO, the Chinese real estate industry, which is one of the national economic pillar industries, is facing unprecedented fierce market competition. How can Chinese real estate deal with challenges from worldwide competitors in the rapidly changing global market environment as good as possible, and even gain competitive advantage? Building and implementing its own characteristics Competitive Intelligence System has became the urgent need to be resolved.Started from the basic concepts of Competitive Intelligence related, presents the function and Significance of Competitive Intelligence System to the development of enterprise, and introduces the development status quo of CIS at home and abroad.
