The Study Of Total Risk Management Of Commercial Bank

With the establishment and development of the socialist market economy system, the riskof commercial banks has been more complicated, so it demands the banks have more perfectrisk prevention system and power risk management ability. The risk management is the corecontent for commercial banks, which plays important roles in management of commercialbanks. By all kinds of risk management banks can reduce loss caused by market changing andoperate errors. Recently, with the economic globalization and reform of economy system inour country, preventing and resolving economic risk has been the most import thing in ourcommercial bank management.There are seven sections in this paper, foreword is the first section, in which selectionsignificance, research idea and method is introduced, the second section expatiates themeanings of the total risk management for commercial banks, and types of risk managementin the new frame of Basel agreement, the third section analysis the actuality of riskmanagement of our commercial banks, the forth section introduces the development of riskmanagement of the international commercial banks, and compares the mode of riskmanagement between our banks and the foreign banks, the fifth section analysis thecountermeasures , the sixth section analysis the development direction, the last is conclusion,some achievements and limitations are pointed out.
