It summarizes all kinds of risks at four stages and the ways of risk identification, risk estimate, evaluation risk response and risk supervision and control of real estate project. Basing on above theory , it choose the A real estate project in Wei Fang and use the theories and ways of Total Risk Management to identify and analyze the risks of A project. It gives some advices to the project at last.
