Petroleum enterprises of China are the large-scale multi-unit enterprises. Under theunified management, all members in the same group also exist a close contact. The divisionof labor of the members make the group receive benefits finally and they work together tocreate value. As the petroleum market gradually opens, the fluctuation of the internationalcrude oil prices make a great impact on China petroleum industry, and then the overall profitsoccurs, at the same time some business losses. In a word, the organizational model of Chinaoil enterprise, the continuity of petroleum products as well as the petroleum value chain has agreat theoretical and practical significance for evaluating the contribution the unit membersof the petroleum companies. Theory and practice follow the principle of combining.Throughthe relevant theoretical research, the dissertation presents the theoretical framework for theevaluation of the contribution which the members in the petroleum enterprises makes,analysis the characteristics of internal value chain of China petroleum enterprises, membersof the petroleum business units combined with the basic situation advances the petroleumenterprise resources model in accordance with the enterprise resource theory view. Accordingas the above analysis, the dissertation researches the performance evaluation methods for theperformance contribution which the unit members make for the petroleum companies basedon contribution rate from the resources point of view. Construction of the oil companiescontribute to members of the evaluation unit performance model, and conducted acomprehensive analysis of the model. Finally, through analysis the oil business among theinsider trading problem of the members, the paper advances the formulation of internaltransfer pricing based on performance contribution of the members units and make severalsuggestions for the advantages of the formulation and the safeguard of application. Oil companies of both members of an independent, closely linked to each other, in the currentfrequent fluctuations in international crude oil prices under the market conditions, this paperstudies the strategic decision-making oil companies to provide effective information, as wellas internal groups to provide a performance evaluation kinds of new ideas.
