Study On Program Management Optimization Of Radar Research And Manufacture

Airborne radar, as a kind of advanced S&T industry, has its own characteristics. Competition in airborne radar market is intensive at present. The key point for an enterprise to win in the market is to shorten its R&M periods and improve the quality of its products. The R&M of airborne radar is a long period's complex project involved multiple subjects and several companies. Program management as part of the radar system management is extremely important. However the program management can not meet the requirements of market before solving the problems in terms of approval, alteration, and feedback as well as progress control of project. This paper studied the optimization of airborne radar program management using program management theory combining with information technology. Following contents are mainly included in this paper:1,Deeply analyzed current system research and manufacture program management, optimized original program management procedure using procedure management theory, configured a new program management system and solved the problems in program management.2,Deeply analyzed the current system progress control status and optimized the current progress control using progress control theory.3,Aiming at resource conflicts in multiple programs progress control, studied the arrangement problem among multiple programs under limited resource.4,Studied the design and implementation of program management information system based on above theory, discussed the key technologies, system structure and function module of system implementation.
