Due to the progress of science and technology, the influence of mechanizationtimes continuously updated, the domestic part of the old advantage P companygradually shows its development trend of decline, in order to prevent this fromhappening in the P companies, it cannot be ignored demands for shortening theproduction cycle in the relevant management work plan, improving the productionefficiency to optimize upgrade, controlling strictly the relevant materials to eliminatewaste and reducing the current. It naturally involves the corresponding optimizationfor the P company’s production plan and control progress, the establishment of thepunctual delivery for production planning and control system, the desired product tostrictly adhere to the quality, quantity, time production principle, the effectivelyreduction for occupying the stock fund. Thus, we could enhance the managementefficiency and competitiveness from the details and improve the company’scompetitive advantage to obtain the survival and development of environmentalquality. Application PDCA cycle theory, the combination of theory and practice, andexplore suitable for the actual situation of production planning and controlmanagement.The first part is an introduction section. This section briefly, a solid foundationof the thesis, introduces the research background, research contents, practicalsignificance, article structural and research methods, etc. The second part of thispaper is the discussion of the basic situation of the P companies, products, processes,production characteristics and focuses on the company’s products and the controlstatus of P production plans and problems. The second chapter laid the basis ofanalysis. The third part of this article focuses on improving production planning andcontrol strategy in the P company. It is a important section in this thesis. According tothe above for P drinks production company presents the characteristics of manyvarieties of small batch production, as well as analyzing the actual situation of planand control in manufacturing operations and the problem, were constructed fromproduction planning and control system, speculating products manufacturing supply,the main manufacturing plan, formulating boring demand and productionmanufacturing plan were studied systematically. Then it formed a set of actualsolution strategy of the P drink company manufacturing plan and controlcharacteristics. The fourth part this scheme is analyzed and the implementationeffects were assessed. The P company into quantified before and after comparison ofproduction planning and control program.
