Risk Management Of A Certain Type Of Radar Modification Project Implementation Stage

With the expansion and development of risk management knowledge, the aviation manufacturing enterprises have generally carried out the research of risk management.In addition to the establishment of risk management system, the aviation manufacturing enterprises gradually try to study the use of the risk management tools and methods.However, due to the closeness of aviation manufacturing enterprises, the risk management means is relatively crude, and can't meet the needs of the rapid development of enterprises.Aviation manufacturing enterprises urgently need to implement a series of scientific risk management.The research object of this paper is the risk management of the implementation stage of the radar modification project of A enterprise.The radar modification project has experienced the scheme stage, the design stage, the setting stage and the implementation stage. This paper studies the risk management for the implementation stage of the project. According to the risk management workflow, this paper studies the risk identification, risk assessment, risk response, and riskmonitoring of the implementation stage of the radar modification project. The risk management system of the enterprise and the risk management status of the radar modification project are analyzed firstly before the risk identification of a certain radar modification project. At risk identification stage, use flow chart and brainstorming method to identify the risk of a certain radar modification project. The implementation stage of a certain type of radar modification project mainly has the risk of the modification resources and the risk of the modification progress;At risk assessment stage, use analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method to get the weight of each risk event. The risk event in the first place is the malfunction for the instrument or equipment;At risk response stage, use ABC classification method to sort the risk factors,and develop the corresponding risk response measures.Focus on class A risk event, such as the user can not provide the modification products in time; At risk monitoring stage, use the audit method and other methods to monitor the project risk. Design the daily inspection table of the work environment, the power supply equipment inspection table and other forms, for monitoring the project risk. In the end, the effect of risk management for the implementation of a certain type of radar modification project is analyzed.The results show that the risk of a certain radar modification project is effectively controlled and the project can be implemented successfully.
