Research On Selection And Evaluation Of Project Logistics Supplier In Large Chemical Engineering Project

In recent years both in the international and domestic petroleum and petrochemical project has obtained vigorous development, and as the new economic growth it has the considerable development in Shanghai. As an example in the past a couple of years many large-scale petroleum chemical industry companies settled down in Shanghai chemical industry park. Because of petroleum and petrochemical project's particularity it sets more and more high request to the project logistics support and the physical distribution support system as well.Based on the background of a some chemical company's large-scale chemical project construction who is situated in Shanghai chemical industry park , this dissertation launches the research in view of the selection and evaluation of the project logistics supplier question, the main purpose is to explores a set of efficient device to choose and appraise project logistics service provider.As the large-scale chemical industry manufacture enterprise, this company already had a set of perfect method to choose and evaluate logistics service provider, but this method is formulated based on the ordinary chemical transportation, which has the great difference with the project logistics. After having analyzed present selection and assessment method for logistics service provider in this company, and with the union of characteristic of the project logistics, this dissertation separately has analyzed each target in new evaluation system from the qualitative and the quantitative point of view. Summarizing evaluation system regarding the project logistics supplier, namely: technical ability, risk control ability, conformity (coordination) ability and cost control ability. Thus it designs hierarchical structure model for project logistics supplier.This dissertation has introduced separately principle and the step for Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), and has carried on the comparison to these two. In already established appraisal system's foundation, it constructs the judgment matrix and the fuzzy supplementary judgment matrix with the usage of AHP and FAHP. It has carried on the solution for the ultra matrix, and has carried on the consistency check.This dissertation has made the theoretical calculation and the analysis to the project logistics supplier's appraisal factor. With the collection of sample, it has made the comparison for the analysis result to Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Thus it has established a set of method with the combination of the qualitative appraisal and the theoretical calculation, which guarantees the evaluation with the objectivity and the accuracy. This has the practical significance to the project logistics supplier's choice and appraisal, and advances guiding sense to the project logistics work in the future.
