Since reform and opening, S city government has the priority to the development of Airport Logistics Park. But compared with the Airport Logistics Park with advanced facilities, S city Airport Logistics Park, especially information management construction was relatively lags. From A highway management practice, due to the lagging information management system, it brought many problems. So,S city expressway construction management proposed S city Airport Logistics Park system project.According to project risk management theory, the research conducted a risk assessment of S city Airport Logistics Park, using the method of FAHP. The article is divided into seven parts, conducted a scientific, rational, comprehensive risk assessment of a Airport Logistics Park system project.The first part is introduction. This part describes the background and significance of this article, introduces the research method and research ideas, and make some introduction of the situation at home and abroad.The second part is FAHP methods and knowledge. This section introduces the basic principles and procedures of FAHP methods.The third part is S city Airport Logistics Park system project summary. This section focuses on the need for the project construction and project specific circumstances.Part IV is S city Airport Logistics Park system project risk identification and estimation. In this part risks of S city of the main highway information management system project are identified, expert scoring method is used, risk is estimated, and four major project risks are identified from the project in the 9 risks.The fifth part is S city Airport Logistics Park system based on FAHP. This part conducts the risk assessment of S city Airport Logistics Park ystem project, uses the method of FAHP and identifies the higher risk.Part VI is the response and monitoring of S city Airport Logistics Park system. According to the above proposed high-risk, this section proposes response measures and monitoring.The end is conclusions and outlook. This part has a result of S city Airport Logistics Park system project risk assessment for the method of FAHP, draws appropriate conclusions, and S city Airport Logistics Park system project is forecasted.In this study, S city Airport Logistics Park system project risk evaluation and analysis, dose not only have an important guiding significance for S city Airport Logistics Park system project to mitigate and avoid risk in investment decisions and the actual process of building, but also provides effective help and learn for other project risk assessment in future.
