In the 21st century, the trend of global economic integration is coming. As the degree of economic opening increases, internationalization of the domestic market and localization of the global competition become a certain trend. The global economics which is turning into a complete competition produces many big problems such as buyer-dominated market and industry profit compression. In all these big changes, the problems in telecommunication industry are more serious. After the huge development process in global telecommunication industry, more and more telecom operators begin to adjust operation strategy. From the end of the 80th century to the beginning of the 90th century, global telecommunication industry has basically eradicated monopoly by carrying out separation and introducing competition. The telecommunication industry pays more and more attention on customer orientation market orientation. Market integrating theory is produced in this background.This paper adopts the method of theory and practice combination. First, in theoretically, this paper talks about the origin of integration theory in order to get to know the core idea and then it analyzes the related theories and finally produces the market integrating theory. Then, this paper talks about the current situation of telecommunication operators and the practical problems, and sets up the market analysis framework in order to deal with the practical problems. In practically, this paper analyzes an application case of market integrating theory in a mobile company and talks the effect of marketing integrating theory. After that, this paper adopts the analyzing method and sets up a framework to make an advanced analysis in order to find out a solution for telecom operators. Finally, this paper gives out some advices and opinions.
