Studies On Inner Mongol Dairy Enterprises Sustainable Developoment Ability

The background of the sustainable development becoming the age's topic, and enterprises facing to variety of environment, so the enterprise's life continuously shorten, and how the enterprise realizes to survive over a long period of time and not to die-sustainable development is the enterprise facing to the challenge. Enterprise sustainable development is determined by the sustainable development ability. Through constantly consolidating, remaining and raising the enterprise core ability, sustainable development ability can push the enterprise develop continuously.In recent years, along with the sustainable increase of national micro-economic, the consumption of national dairy produce increase rapidly and the dairy farming has become a bit bright in the agriculture and food processing industry in Inner Mongolia, but on the whole, gap remains between the national dairy processing industry and those in the developed countries. Facing the new situation of China's WTO entry, the in Inner Mongolia, it must make technological innovation as an important tool to enhance the competitiveness of dairy products. In this paper, under the premise of sorting out and analyzing the theory of the competitiveness of brand, analyze the various elements which impact of the market competition is already reached to fight hand-to-hand extent. Therefore, researching Inner Mongol dairy enterprises sustainable development ability is very important.This thesis, on the basis of enterprise sustainable development ability, with the character of diary products enterprises, set up a set of measure system. Basing this as foundation, setting YiLi MengNiu as examples. Making research on sustainable development ability from core competence, technology innovation and human resource of dairy enterprises in Inner Mongolia. In conclusion, considering from the opportunities and threats that the diary enterprises in Inner Mongolia are facing, according to the construction of milk base, brand tactic, technology innovation, human resource tactic and other aspects, the corresponding countermeasure will be put forward which can advance the sustainable developing ability for the dairy enterprises in Inner Mongolia.
