Evaluation Research On Sustainable Development Ability Of Dairy Industry Chain In Inner Mongolia

In today's society, dairy industry has become one of the pillar industries in China's food industry. Dairy is indispensable consumer goods in the daily life of both urban and rural residents. Under the impetus of huge market demand, the dairy industry presents rapid growth development trend, especially the Inner Mongolia autonomous region with unique grassland farming geographical environment, dairy as its advantage industry and characteristic industry has maintained a strong momentum of development. However,because of the quality and safety incidents of China's dairy industry occurred frequently in recent years, dairy industry all over our country has been badly shaken, which undoubtedly also seriously damaged the reputation and product image of Inner Mongolia dairy industry and greatly weakened the sustainable development capacity of dairy industry chain in Inner Mongolia. Therefore, it is necessary to make objective evaluation research, find out its problem and take measures to deal with, improve the sustainable development ability of dairy industry chain and ensure the healthy, steady and sustainable development of the dairy industry.This paper aims to realize the sustainable development of dairy industry in Inner Mongolia. After the relevant theories of dairy industry and sustainable development capacity of industrial chain were systematically expounded, in this paper, the dairy industry chain was divided into three stages: upstream, midstream, downstream, to made a detailed analysis of the development status of dairy industry in Inner Mongolia. Then based on the characteristics of the dairy industry, start with the development status of Inner Mongolia dairy industry and use the expert questionnaire survey method, to built the evaluation index system of sustainable development capacity of the dairy industry chain after primary and precise selection of indicators. To use three-dimensional SWOT-AHP structure to determine the weight of the standard, according to the results of the AHP judgment matrix to analysis sustainable development capacity of dairy industry chain in Inner Mongolia,and finally come to the evaluation results: the downstream of the sustainable development capacity of Inner Mongolia dairy industry chain was decreased, and sustainable development capacity of the industry chain in the middle and upper reaches is gradually enhanced. According to the evaluation results to analysis the weak link in the industrial chain, and to propose feasible countermeasures for sustainable development of dairy industry in Inner Mongolia of China.According to the study, suggestions for sustainable development of Inner Mongolia dairy industry are proposed: Enhance forage grass planting support;reduce the cost of dairy farming; reform the production management of dairyenterprises; further strengthen the supervision to the dairy processing companies, to improve the efficiency of supervision and punishment; strengthen product innovation and promote the consumption of dairy products; intensify dairy quality control; propel scalization process of dairy.
