Logistics Center Planning In Qingshuitang Cyclic Economy Industry Park

In accordance with the requirements of sustainable development, regional economic development should be "resource-conserving, environment-friendly"; the development of cyclic economy is an important way to achieve sustainable development. Qingshuitang Cyclic Economy Industrial Park is the National Cyclic Economy Development Pilot Park; it has good industrial basis and traffic location. Due to the industrial structure and historical reasons, in this region the development of the logistics industry lags behind, logistics is weak in supporting the cyclic economy development. This paper focused on the problems of logistics center planning under the conditions of cyclic economic development in Qingshuitang Cyclic Economy Industrial Park.Surrounding the problems, the status and experiences of home and abroad cyclic logistics and logistics center development were summed up, and the works done were as follows: first, the industry characteristics, including industrial chain formulation and cyclic economic development plan of Qingshuitang Cyclic Economy Industrial Park were studied. Secondly, the interdependence relation between the Cyclic Economy Industrial Park and logistics center was studied with the related methods of regional economic, cyclic economy and supply chain management theories, then the point that scientific logistics center planning is necessary and effective support for the cyclic economy development was proposed. Thirdly, the first-hand logistics market information was gained by investigating and analyzing the logistics market and resources in the radiation range of logistics center. Finally, strategic planning the market and function orientation of logistics center were strategically planed with SWOT method, the site layout, technological processes and information systems of logistics center were designed according to the types and handling capacity of cargo, and economic and social benefits of logistics center were analyzed.With the characters of great pertinence, practicality and operability, this paper strives to instruct the practice with its research achievements. By analyzing the relationship of cyclic economy industrial park and logistics center, a logistics center which suits with the development of cyclic economy was designed, and the author hopes to contribute to the country in construction of the cyclic economy industrial park and sustainable development of logistics in my power.
