Research On The Hubei Reverse Logistics Development Based On The Sustainable Development

Through the resource recycling and reusing to improve the utilization of materials, Reverse logistics can effectively support the development of cyclic economy and promote China's sustainable development goals. However, the reverse logistics research in China is still at the initial stage, theoretical research is still far behind foreign countries', According to the characteristics of regional economic development, how to build a reverse logistics system in line with the regional economic development goals; According to the regional economies growth way and regional development strategy, aim at the exist problem in developing reverse logistic, How to work out the reverse logistics development tactics in line with the actual region situation, both have high research value and prevalent meaning of guidance.In the thesis the author firstly introduces the background, the research actuality of both domestic and abroad, as well as the paper's framework. Secondly the author defines the conception of reverse logistics and its support theory. Then, the sustainable development of reverse logistics concept for non-sustainable part of the traditional logistics is discussed, and further explored the deep relationships and interaction between reverse logistics and the cyclic economy, as well as sustainable development. Followed is the analysis of the economic characteristics, elaborate the necessity and the feasibility to develop reverse logistic in Hubei province, and the author also explores the existing problems in developing Hubei's reverse logistics industry. In the following part: the experience of other countries for developing reverse logistics is used; then,building Uncertainty Analytic Hierarchy Process mode to determine the weights of the related strategies which is used to promote the development of reverse logistics. After this the author put forward the development of the implementing measures. At last, the countermeasures of reverse logistics development in Hubei aims at the sustainable development are presented.
